Commercial Register
The commercial register is a public directory administrated by the local courts ( Court of Registries). Sole proprietors and commercial partnerships are recorded here under their companies, and the related legal procedures are declared. Everyone has access to the register and may request certified copies to obtain information on who is a trader and what form the most important legal relationships of these people take.
